Format: Hybrid practice offering both virtual and in-office sessions. Generally, I am in my office on Mondays and Fridays and seeing clients virtually on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Cost: The hourly rate is $175 and payment is made through the patient portal. No direct insurance billing is available, but I can provide coded receipts to be used for out-of-network reimbursement.

For new clients: Email is best for initial contact so I can send you the New Client Packet and work with you to get you on my schedule. All paperwork can be accessed and completed via the patient portal once you are scheduled.
